Terms & Conditions — i8cash Platform Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and i8cash ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the i8cash online gaming platform available at https://i8cash.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

i8cash is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international gaming licensing. The platform offers live casino games, video slots, sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), and international competitions — fishing games, crash games, and related services to registered members.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the i8cash platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds credited to a Player's Account, including real-money funds and applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "Platform" means the i8cash website, any associated mobile applications, and all related gaming services.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Malaysian Payment Methods" means the localised deposit and withdrawal channels supported by i8cash, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and 7-Eleven Cliqq.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

The i8cash platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This is a firm minimum age requirement and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the i8cash platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws. i8cash does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in your location. Users in Restricted Jurisdictions must not access or use the platform.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is not regulated under Malaysian domestic law in the same manner as land-based gaming. i8cash operates under international gaming licensing. Malaysian users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their applicable local laws when accessing this platform.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

i8cash requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification document (MyKad / NRIC, Passport, or valid Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their primary identification document

i8cash reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. i8cash will never request your password through any channel. You agree to notify i8cash immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

i8cash supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific methods is subject to change without notice.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and daily withdrawal limits apply to each payment method. Current limits are displayed within the platform's Wallet section. These limits may vary by payment method and player VIP tier.

All transactions on the i8cash platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction completion.

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations. Withdrawal processing times are outlined in the platform's Payment Methods guide.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus-funded balances must be met; (c) the daily and monthly withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier must not be exceeded; and (d) the Account must be in good standing with no active disputes, suspected fraud, or compliance holds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by i8cash are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated promotional terms in addition to these general Terms.

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Until wagering requirements are met, winnings from bonus funds are held as bonus balance.

i8cash operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using low-risk or mathematically exploitative betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements
• Colluding with other Players to collectively meet wagering requirements
• Any form of fraud or misrepresentation in connection with a promotional offer

i8cash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already accepted and actively being wagered by a Player at the time of modification.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the i8cash platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are generated independently and cannot be influenced by i8cash, game providers, or Players. RNG systems are periodically audited by independent testing laboratories.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software failure, i8cash reserves the right to void affected bets. All wins that arise as a direct result of a malfunction or software error are void regardless of any confirmation message displayed. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays" applies throughout the platform.

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other competitions — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market type. i8cash reserves the right to void or settle markets in accordance with standard industry rules in the event of abandoned matches, rule changes, or other extraordinary circumstances.

i8cash reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected advantaged play, unusual betting patterns, or system anomalies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i8cash platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other Players
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform's software for personal gain
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime
• Permitting or enabling any third party to access or use your Account
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN or other IP-masking technology
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward i8cash staff or other Players

Where prohibited conduct is identified, i8cash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account, withhold and/or forfeit any Account balance, and report the conduct to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the i8cash platform — including but not limited to the i8cash brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, and game content — is the intellectual property of i8cash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of i8cash.

10. Limitation of Liability

The i8cash platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i8cash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or system downtime.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded at law, i8cash's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited on the platform. i8cash accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you incur through use of the platform, including losses arising from sports betting or casino gameplay.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

i8cash processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the i8cash Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected in connection with your Account — including KYC documentation, transaction history, and gaming activity — is used for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of platform services. Your data is never sold to third parties.

12. Responsible Gambling

i8cash is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. You represent that you are not accessing the platform to address financial difficulties or to fund any compulsive gambling habit.

i8cash provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits
• Loss Limits — Maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods
• Session Timers — Time reminders and hard session limits
• Self-Exclusion — Temporary or permanent account suspension, effective immediately upon request

i8cash employs KYC procedures to verify that all Account holders are aged 21 or above. Accounts of players found to be underage will be suspended immediately and any deposits held will be refunded.

13. Suspension & Termination

i8cash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, regulatory or licensing requirements, technical investigations, or court orders.

Upon suspension of an Account, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation. Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, i8cash reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, including any bonus funds and associated winnings.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting i8cash support. Upon verified account closure request, all wagering activity will be suspended. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i8cash holds its gaming licence, as determined by the relevant licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the platform, gameplay outcome, transaction, or Account administration, you are encouraged to contact i8cash Customer Support in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

All dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Any documentation submitted in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.

15. Amendments to These Terms

i8cash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, i8cash will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.3.
